Volunteer Forms for Ministries ~ Safe Environment
Holy Ghost Catholic Church is committed to certifying our employees and volunteers for ministry among minors and vulnerable adults in accordance with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) revised Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People and the promulgation of the revised Office of Child and Youth Protection Policy Manual, as particular law of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, effective July 1, 2022 by Most Reverend Michael G. Duca, Bishop of Baton Rouge.
Safe Environment Program
The required forms for volunteers in compliance with the diocesan Safe Environment Program are:
1. Volunteer EEAPS form (background check)
2. Code of Ethics Form signed (included as part of Safe Environment Training)
3. Completion of Safe & Sacred Training for Adults

- Eucharistic Ministers for the Homebound
