Holy Ghost Catholic Church Youth Group in Hammond spent a beautiful day at Percy Quin State Park in Magnolia, MS on Sunday, May 21. Our high school Life Teen group hosted the "Seuss is Loose" retreat which was based on the moral lessons of Dr. Seuss books. The retreat began in Hammond at the Holy Ghost Youth Center with a pancake and sausage breakfast, then all traveled to Percy Quin State Park. Skits, proclaims and reflective times were mixed in with a lot of fun and good food. The retreat ended with Life Teen Mass at St. Alphonsus Parish in McComb, followed by a great dinner at El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant in McComb.

All 8th graders that will be in Life Teen next year were invited.
